60 Seconds With Me At Sky Creative Agency

1.       Tell us a bit about yourself – your role at Sky, your interests, your hobbies, etc.

Hi my name is Chloe Calvin and my role at Sky is participating in the full SCA experience as an intern for 6 weeks. My interests are listening to music, collecting vinyls and playing video games, my favourite video game is The Sims 4 as I love the freedom of installing mods and playing my 'dream life' through story telling in a digital simulation. My favourite hobbies in my free time are planning and scheduling personal music playlists, podcasts and updating my blog. I love coming up with creative ideas and find inventive ways to archive them.

2.       How would you describe yourself in 3 words?

Three words that describe me: Enthusiastic, ambitious and outgoing.

3.       If you didn’t work at Sky, what would your 2nd option for a dream job be?

If I wasn’t working for Sky, I would be hoping to land in a role around marketing or work as a production assistant, content producer or doing something in editing in multimedia but I would love to try some presenting or doing some ‘front of camera’ work.

4.       What was the last song you listened to?

The last song I listened to was Rastaman Chant  by Bob Marley and the Wailers.

5.       What is your favourite book of all time?

My favourite book is Ithaka  by Adèle Geras. Ithaka  tells the story of the women left after the Trojan war.

6.       Tell us something about you that we would not guess.

I self taught myself to use Adobe Premiere Pro and Audition and competed in two beauty pageants and winner titles.

7.       What is your favourite meal?

8.      What was your 15 minutes of fame?

My 15 minutes of fame was Prince tweeting one on my YouTube videos reviewing his last album he released during his lifetime ‘HitnRun Phase Two’

9.       Leave us with a thought for the week.

Thought for the week: "Don’t stress over anything, everything will work itself out’’.

Final Thought:

I am really excited to start the new year with Sky as I have watched the brand flourish once it was introduced to my home when I was at the age of 5, and now I am turning 25 working in the brand that brought joy to my home through entertainment and information. I can't wait to see what I can bring to the table to a brand that I love.
